The Holiday Resorts
A first time opportunity to purchase into a Hotel
resort not only to own a property but which will also
bring in a return on rental which is an all year round
resort. The Hotels offer all the best in facilities, there
is one on a beach front and one in the centre of the
island, where historic sites are to be found.
The Cabanas are brick built and have different
layouts with all the latest in furnishings which
include TV/DVD/Safe/Tea Coffee maker/Hair
dryer/ Mini bar/fridge/air conditioning with
individual telephones.
The 2 sites have security fences with guards on
patrol, there will be a meditation centre and a main
reception area, swimming pool with paved deck areas.
The sites will have its own supply of water and
waste disposal and a backup generator incase of
power failure, there is also generous staff
accommodation with its own laundry service.
The Main reception area has a vehicle porch and
reception for arrivals, also clients toilets, safe deposit
room, left baggage room, admin office, souvenir
shop and craft centre, verandas with water features.
The second building holds a Coffee shop, Library/
Cyber Café, Kitchen, Restaurant, Bar and staff rest
